Week 1: Day 6

Alright, so tonight was a bad night. I dipped into those 35 reserve points that I have for the first time. Oh well, we all have rough nights. One night of going over by 4 points isn't going to harm me. At least I don't think it will. I just needed something to take the edge off so I grabbed a cookie dough sunday. Thankfully it was one of the weight watchers ones, so it's not like I've totally blown things. Tomorrow is a new day though. I should have come and written about my day here. There's mistake number one. Mistake number two was giving into the feeling that I needed the sunday. So, mistake recognized. Next time I have a bad night, it'll be time to go to the gym or write here, not reach for the nearest dessert.
